General FAQ's

Q: Are Vaporizers really healthier for me than smoking?
A: Aromatherapy vaporizers can be much healthier than smoking because aromatherapy vaporizer systems release aromas and fragrances of aromatic plant materials via hot air instead of combustion. Optimal treatment of these active ingredients minimizes the development of harmful byproducts and odors; even non-smokers find that aromatherapy vaporization is pleasant and enjoyable. One of the biggest health issues with smoking is the fact that smoke contains harmful carcinogenic tar. When using an aromatherapy vaporizers, these issues are much less of a concern not only remove tar and smoke, they also transfer more of the active ingredients from aromatic plant compounds. In short, vaporizers are healthier and more efficient than smoking. For more info on health benefits, please click here.

Q: Are health considerations the only reason to vaporize?
A: No. Not only is vaporizing healthier than smoking, a further advantage of vaporizing is that it is much more efficient than smoking. Combusting organic plant material actually burns over 40% of the active ingredient. Much less of the active ingredient is lost when you vaporize because vaporizers allow you to target the specific temperature range that is appropriate for any given aromatic plant. With regard to flavor, low-quality compounds taste sweeter when you vaporize them. Again, this is because vaporizations does not involve burning any aromatic plant material.

Q: Can you reuse herbs or tobacco once it's been vaporized?
A: Yes. Depending on the aromatic plant material, you may be able to vaporize the plant material multiple times to vaporizer any remaining active ingredients. The number of times a compound can be run through depend on the temperature at which you are vaporizing and the make-up of the compound. Some substances can be run through the vaporizer 3, even 4, times. This efficiency saves you money. In the long run, vaporizers pay for themselves!

Q: Is vaporization as effective as smoking?
A: Yes. In fact, properly generated vapor is more effective the aromas in the smoke created when an aromatic plant is burned. Burning plant material creates toxic by-products that degrade the aromatic quality. You would need to inhale more smoke to get the same effect of inhaling a smaller amount of vapor. In addition, your vaporizer is a great flavor-delivery system for all sorts of herbs. When you smoke, most flavor is clouded by tar and other obtrusive elements created by combustion of the plant.

Q: Can you build your own vaporizer?
A: Yes. You can learn how to make a vaporizer with some online research and DIY spirit. Vaporizer designs vary greatly from model to model. A homemade vaporizer can be soldering iron or light bulb based. Vaporizer plans can be obtained from online forums. Should you choose to make your own home made vaporizer, please be safe. Also, bear in mind that any homemade vaporizer (unless you are an electical engineering genius) will almost certainly be inferior to the models that we sell on our website and you should by no means judge vaporization based soley on experience with a home-made vaporizer. Home-made vaporizers are more likely to burn the plant material than vaporize it.

Q: Where can I find an unbiased vaporizer review of different brands of vaporizers?
A: Online forums can be excellent sources of unbiased information pertaining to vaporizers. Use caution and good judgement when reading information on the internet. Not everything you read is true. We have seen instances of fake vaporizer review websites that have been put up by vaporizer manufacturers in an effort to make their product look good and spread lies about all others. If the review site has no contact information, this is a big red flag. At VapeNow.com we endeavor to use our great depth of vaporizer knowledge and experience to provide impartial information on vaporizers and assist you purchasing the product that is right for you. Also, check out the reviews section of our website to see what our customers are saying or if no one has written a review on a particular model feel free to contribute your thoughts opinions. They will surely be helpful to future vaporizer shoppers.

Q: What kind of herbs can be used with vaporizers?
A: See our basic list of herbs here. Consult an aromatherapy website for more specific details.

Q: I take herbal supplements by mouth. Is vaporization different?
A: Although the most common means for introducing herbal supplments into the human body is through ingestion, whether in pill form or by brewed teas, benefits of many herbs are optimized when their essential oils are inhaled reather than ingested.

Q: Why haven't I heard about vaporization before?
A: Good question, especially because smoking is so deadly, yet remains a multi-billion dollar industry. Why haven't we been vaporizing all along? The answer is simple: technology. The process of vaporization is a delicate one and it all depends on the right temperature. Too cool and the volatization of the essential oils in the aromatic plant material does not occur, too hot and you're just burning it. The exact temperature difference varies depending on the plant substance, but the margin can be tricky and narrow. It requires newly developed microchip technology to digitally control temperature to the exact specifications required for vaporization. This groundbreaking technology is finally here. You may not have heard of it before, but you'll hear plenty about vaporization in the future!

Q: How do I know when the essential oils in the aromatic plant material I am using has been vaporized?
A: Volatization typically causes changes in the color of aromatic plant material as its essential oils are heated into vapor. The color of the aromatic plant material usually becomes increasingly brown as essential oils are used. If no vapor is visible, all essential oils are likely to have been extracted. Practice makes perfect.

Q: How do I clean my vaporizer?
A: Most vaporizers can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol (90% isopropyl is best) and a swab or paper towels. Some vaporizers will need to be disassembled before you clean them See their operating manuals for instructions. Use q-tips to get hard-to-reach spots.

Convection Vaporizer FAQ's

Q: What is a Convection Vaporizer?
A: This is a revolutionary new technology that's becoming a very popular way to smoke tobacco and other lawful herbs and blends of herbs. The vaporizer works by heating up aromatic plant material above the temperature at which the natural oils will boil out, but below the temperature at which the plant material itself will burn. This is accomplished by drawing air over the heating element and then through the plant material. The precision of the temperature depends laregly on the type of heating element. Higher end vaporizers tend to have more precise heating elements.

Q: How does a Convection Vaporizer work?
A: Vaporization occurs through a process that takes advantage of the physical properties of the aromatic plant compounds. The essential oils in aromatic compounds turn into vapor at varying temperatures (see our basic list of herbs here for specific temperatures). The aromatic plant material is heated until its essential volatize into a thin, cool, clear oil vapor mist. The vaporization process bypasses the combustion process, leaving many of the harmful ingredients and gases trapped in the material. The resulting vapor is much cleaner, cooler and less irritating than the hotter smoke from combustion processes. Studies indicate that approximately 20% - 40% of active ingredients are destroyed or flash-fired by during combustion and that the transfer rate of active ingredients from aromatical plant compounds is higher for vaporization than traditional combustion methods. Consequently, aromatherapy vaporizeration is not only better for your health, but also a more efficient way to enjoy aromatic plants, fine tobacco, or other lawful herbal blends.

Q: What is the difference between Convection Vaporizers and Globe-style (Conduction) Vaporizers?
A: Globe-style Vaporizers rely on conduction to heat the substance to be vaporized. Conduction was one of the earliest vaporizer technologies, but has become out-dated and inefficient. The old style conduction units produce some smoke as you wait for the vapor to collect in the bubble. We call this the vapor collection phase. However, as you wait for the vapor to fill the bubble, it is actually losing its flavor and effectiveness each second. Newer vaporizers tend to use instant hot air generation or convection. Unlike conduction-style vaporizers, convection vaporizersuse already-hot air, which flows over your aromatic plant material and vaporizes it almost immediately without having to wait for the vapor to collect in the bubble. This approach delivers vapor that has a much fresher taste and is more effective. In short, conduction vaporizers utilize older technology than the new convection vaporizers and as a result are less efficient. Convection is the way to go.

Q: How do I set the temperature on a Convection Vaporizer?
A: There is an ideal temperature range that must be attained during the vaporization process. If the aromatic plant material is not heated sufficiently, its essential oils may not be fully volatized and little aromatic vapor will be produced. If the plamt material is heated to too high a temperature then you can char or even burn the material. The temperature of the material can be controlled mainly by manipulating two variables; the temperature of the heat source (as indicated by the intensity of red/orange glow) and the speed at which the air is drawn over the material (a result of how hard the user inhales). If you draw slowly, then each unit volume of hot air inhaled spends more time in contact with the plant material thereby resulting in more heat transfer to the material and higher material temperatures. If you draw faster, then the hot air has less time to heat the material before it has passed the material by. Therefore, the hotter the vaporizer is, the faster that you may have to inhale in order to achieve optimal results. Conversely, if the vaporizer is cooler, then you will have to inhale slower in order to heat the material enough to vaporize the essential oil. It will take a bit of practice to discover the temperature that works well for your own style of draw. Most people are able to use their Vaporizers almost immediately and refine their process through use.

S&B Volcano FAQ's

Q: Why is the Volcano so expensive?
A: When you purchase a Volcano, you get what you pay for. The primary requirement of a vaporizer is the capacity to maintain the temperature just above the point of vaporization in order to obtain an optimum level of both efficiency and flavor, along with minimized production of harmful substances. Other important points are the greatest level of safety for the user, ease of operation, and inhalation which is separate from the vaporizing process. The Volcano solves the problem of hot air generation by employing an astoundingly simple principle: the air is pumped from a large heated base through a smaller opening and with the right air flow and dimensions, this Volcano shape thus inevitably assumes a constant flow of the desired temperature. A diaphragm pump ensures that the air flow remains constant, and volumetric flow fluctuations are ruled out with careful design. This functions so effectively that electronic controls can be dispensed with. A bimetallic control mechanism is sufficient to ensure a maximum air temperature fluctuation of +-4°C in the filling chamber. This means that the Volcano has the most accurate temperature control of all vaporizers.

Q: What makes the Volcano unique?
A: The complete electric set-up of the Volcano has been kept as simple and robust as possible, and only proven components are used to ensure an unproblematic reliable operation and a long life of the product. A main distinguishing feature of the Volcano is the patented valve balloon into which the vapor generated is pumped. The valve balloon can be completely detached from the device after filling and the contents inhaled at the user's ease. This ensures that the application is absolutely safe, as vaporization occurs previously and the user does not come into contact with glass, heat or electricity during inhalation.

This device is manufactured in Tuttlingen, a town in Southern Germany. The Volcano is designed to heat material to temperatures of 130° to 230° C (266° to 446° F) where the essential oils in aromatic plant materials are volatized, but below the threshold of combustion where smoke is formed. The Volcano uses a basic principle of heating and blowing air to create vapor, but is alos very precise in its heat control. The basic technique mastered by the Volcano allows for a wide range of potential applications.

Q: How often does the bag on the Volcano be changed and the unit cleaned?
S&B recommends you change bags and clean the Volcano every 100 bag inflations. Eventually, the filling chamber starts getting clogged and dirty. Herbs will start sticking to the screens and the side of the chamber, which makes it harder to get the filling chamber insert in easily. It's usually a judgement call when exactly to clean the Volcano and change the bag because it's tough to keep track of exactly how many times it is used, but 100 bag inflations is a good benchmark.

Q: The plastic clamp does not hold the bag on the valve tightly enough and I am losing vapor, what can I do?
Try rubber bands or order balloon fixation rings from us. The balloon fixation rings are what proceeded the clamp mechanism and although they are a little more awkward when changing the bag, there are no leakage problems with them and they are really cheap. Alternatively, you could try a rubber band or a zip tie around the same spot the clamp is.

Q: How long does it take to set the Volcano up and get a bag of vapor?
The unit takes 5 minutes to warm up, and then about a minute to fill the bags, so about 6-7 minutes total if you only do one bag. You could probably do 3 bags (you can run fillings through multiple times depending on the herb type) in under 10-15 minutes depending on how quickly you want to inhale the vapor.

Q: Will experimenting with temperatures and their effect on different herbs somehow ruin or make the Volcano run poorly?
Experimenting with temperatures will not make your Volcano run poorly, in fact it's a good thing to play around with temps because you begin to get a feel of the right temps for certain herbs and so forth.

Q: What should my emergency repair kit for the Volcano consist of?
Keep a couple extra filling chamber rings and valve rings on hand. A filling chamber insert and an extra set of screens should complete your repair kit. I'd also keep some little pliers and some rubbing alcohol in your repair kit in case you need to fix things on the go, sometimes the nut and washer that holds the filling insert screen on can get stuck and you need to rub alcohol on it before you can unscrew it. Never undo the silver casing from the black base as this voids the warranty. If there is something the matter with your Volcano that requires the casing to be undone, send the Volcano back to S&B and they will repair it for your for free if it is still under warranty.

Q: Does the Volcano have any other uses?
A: The Volcano is also excellent for releasing aromas and aromatic flavoring from spices, potpourri style plant materials, or incenses. The Volcano releases the aromas ofthe spice or other essential oils or plant materials which can potentially be used for a wide variety of applications from flavoring foods to creating aromas for ambience or air freshening. The unique feature of the Volcano in these applications is the purity of vapor transferred. Few other devices can produce the same level of purity.

Q: How do I tighten the screws on the base of my Volcano if they become loose?
A: First, do NOT unscrew the screws from the Volcano base because it voids your warranty. If you need to tighten lose screws, you need to use a special hex key or wrench, sometimes called a security hex wrench because it has a small hole in the middle to fit screws shaped like the one on the Volcano base.

Pyro-Products VooDoo FAQ's

Q: I've heard of other vaporizers on the market. How does VooDoo compare?
A: When shopping for your vaporizer, be sure to look closely at each product and its technology. VooDoo is one of the few to use state of the art digital micro-chip technology for a pure and effective experience every time you vaporize. Cruder technologies will combust the aromatic plant material instead of vaporizing it. And beware of products with sub-standard materials that will partially melt and release toxins into the vapor stream. Like we've said, vaporization is a delicate process and too many companies try to cut corners and compromise the purity and efficacy of the vaporization experience. There simply is no higher-quality vaporizer on the market today. Don't be fooled into a contaminated or even toxic experience. Demand purity from your vaporizer. Your VooDoo Digital Vaporizer is also fully portable, and fully self-contained, which most vaporizers are not. We use only FDA-standard components.

Q: How long will the Pyro Products balloons last?
A: The bags are good for 50 uses or more depending on materials.

Q: What is the capacity of the herb disks?
A: Each herb disc holds 1-3 grams. Do not overfill these discs as it will reduce airflwo and decrease efficiency.

Q: Are the herb disks re-useable? How long do they last?
A: Yes, the discs are re-useable. How long they last depends on your usage and how often you clean them. When properly cared for, and cleaned after each usage, your disks may last indefinitely.

Q: Will I see or smell any smoke at all with the VooDoo Vaporizer?
A: No. When operated correctly your VooDoo will not produce smoke. However, be aware that if left on at high temperatures and unattended for a long period of time, the VooDoo unit will burn material that has been left in the unit. When operated correctly, your VooDoo will release a flavorful vapor, much more like steam than smoke. There is no smoky odor and no smoke-like taste.

Q: Is there second hand, or "side-stream" vapor?
A: No. Unlike second hand smoke, there is no residual vapor from your VooDoo unit. There may be a light, ambient aroma released depending on your material, temperature, and various environmental factors. Think of smokers who can finally enjoy their tobacco right at their desk without bothering or endangering those around them!

Q: To what temperature do I pre-heat my unit?
A: A good pre-heating temperature is 250°F. Remember to pre-heat with the disc drawer ejected.

Q: How long does it take for vapor to form?
A: You can enjoy the aroma immediately, but the formation of vapor will take 15-30 seconds, depending on your aromatic plant material.

Q: When do I insert the herbs?
A: You can ready your herb discs in advance and store in a cool, dry environment until you are ready to vaporize. However, be sure to wait for your unit to preheat before inserting your herb disc. This prevents any unwanted pre-heating of the aromatic plant material. Tip: to maximize efficiency, eject the drawer any time you are not enjoying the vapor.

Q: I don't see any vapor. What am I doing wrong? Does visible vapor always form?
A: Not necessarily. Visible vapor will form depending on several factors including: the type of material used, the quality of your material, the amount of moisture or oils in your material, environmental temperature and humidity, the density of herbs in the disc, and vaporization temperature of the essential oils in your aromatic plant material. Please note that visible vapor does not need to be present for a fully-effective vaporization experience. Your unit is still emitting vapor of the aromatic plant material. The first stream of vapor is often the most aromatic, regardless of whether it is visible.

Q: How do I know when the material in the herb disk is done?
A: The herbs will look slightly brown depending on the aromatic plant material being use. Re-fill with fresh plant material when the flavor completely subsides.

Q: At what temperature should I vaporize my particular herbs?
A: For most aromatic plant materials and herbs 250° Fahrenheit is a good starting point. See our basic list of herbs here for specific temperatures. Consult an aromatherapist for the appropriate vaporization temperatures of herbs not on this list.

herbalAire FAQ's

Q: What does it mean when (after I turn on the heat) the indicator light goes red right away and starts flashing on and off?
A: Initially when the unit is turned on, the temp should be set in the 300 degree range. Having it set @ 250 will almost always cause the unit to blink red and not warm up. Set the unit to 350 and if it starts blinking red then the herbalAire's software has caught a potentially dangerous situation and has permanently shut the unit down. If this is the case then please replace the unit for free by contacting herbalAire or VapeNow.

Vapir FAQ's

Q: How precise is the temperature control in air˛™ products?
A: Vaporization as used in the air˛™ VAPIR™ DIGITAL AIR™ system utilizes advanced digital microchip technology to heat up the plant material only to the temperature most effective for gently releasing the aroma and fragrances of the herbs. In this optimal condition there is no burning and there is no smoke, only vapor.

Q: How does the air˛™ VAPIR™ system work?
A: The air˛™ VAPIR™ system utilizes a state-of-the-art convection technology to heat herbal matter. Hot air is blown through a disk implanted with herbal material such as tobacco and other plants commonly used in aromatherapy. The hot air technology volatizes the aromatic essential oils of the plant. This easy to inhale vapor is achieved without burning of the material. Digital accuracy maximizes efficiency and avoids burning of the plant material. The flavor and plant aroma are then inhaled through the outlet inhalation valve.

VaporWarez FAQ's

Q: What is the VaporCannon?
A: It is a revolutionary new technology that's becoming incredibly popular and the preferred way to utilize the essential oils of aromatic plant compounds, lawful herbs and herbal blends, and tobacco. The vaporizer works by heating the aromatic plant material above the temperature at which its essential oils will volatize, but below the temperature at which the plant material itself will burn. This is accomplished by drawing air over the TurboVapo™ heating element and then through the plantmaterial.

Q: How does the VaporCannon work?
A: Vaporization occurs through a process that takes advantage of the physical properties of aromatic compounds. These compounds typically vaporize somewhere between 250°F and 400°F, i.e. Lavender, a popular aromatherapy compound, vaporizes at 266°F and Sage, another popular compound, at 374°F. Plant the material does not start to combust until approximately 450° F. The material (tobacco for example) is heated until the nicotine resins volatize into a vapor.

The vaporization process bypasses the combustion process, leaving many of the harmful ingredients and gases trapped in the material. Naturally the oil vapor is much cleaner, cooler and less irritating than the hotter smoke from combustion processes, providing a more flavorful taste. Studies indicate that about 20% - 40% of nicotine is destroyed or flash-fired by gas lighters, leaving the transfer rate of actual nicotine in vaporizers higher than other traditional methods, such as combustion. Consequently, it is not only better for your health, but also a more efficient way to enjoy fine tobacco or other legal herbal blends.

Q: Do you Guarantee the VaporCannon?
A: We offer one of the BEST Guarantees in the industry, a "Total Satisfaction Guarantee." Return the unit within 15 days for any reason and you only pay a small 15% restocking fee. Our 5 year FREE parts & labor warranty on the heating element is the best in the industry. For a limited time only, we will include in the purchase price of $154 a custom, hand-blown glass mouthpiece, and a free gift which is yours to keep even if you choose to return the unit, as is the colored glass chamber. Please email us if you have any questions.

Q: How is the VaporGenie used?
A: The VaporGenie uses a flame filter that is screwed onto the top of the device to mix hot air from a lighter and cooler air from ambient air. When you inhale from the VaporGenie, you can asjust the temperature by supplying more or less flame to the flame filter. The flame filter automatically protects the tobacco from burning. You can also control the exact temperature by adjusting the speed of inhalation.

By paying attention to the flavors and heat inhaled, you know the temperature, and can adjust flame application accordingly. Experienced VaporGenie users can keep the air stream temperature to within a range of about +/- 30F. This is sufficient temperature control for vaporization. The new VaporGenie 2.0 (now shipping) is a great deal easier to use than the original VaporGenie.

Since the VaporGenie is designed for use with flame, the vapor is not as clean as vapor from properly used electronic vaporizers. With the VaporGenie, flame exhaust is inhaled. However, most users do not notice the difference (lighter flames or match flames are much cleaner than smoke). And unlike electronic vaporizers, the VaporGenie is as portable as a conventional pipe, is less expensive, requires no heat-up time, and is more reliable. There are no electronic gizmos to break in the VaporGenie.

The VaporGenie is an excellent choice for people just starting out with vaporization, and for people who own an electronic vaporizer, but would like to vaporize away from home.

Vapolution FAQ's

Q: Do I need a grinder to use with my Vapolution?
A: No. Although most people would think that a grinder is a necessary vaporizer accessory, it largely depends on the aromatic plant material and aromatherapy vaporizer model being used. Other vaporizers may suggest grinding the aromatic plant material, but this is unnecessary when using the Vapolution Vaporizer.

Q: Ground up herbs, Do they work?
A: Yes. They are just more difficult to pack. We understand that all dried plant material inevitably crumbles over time. Try adding just enough moisture to the plant material. This will allow for a small pellet to be rolled between your fingers that can then be loaded into the chamber.

Q: Is there a battery pack for the Vapolution?
A: Every vaporizer we sell incudes a car adapter. A 2 hour battery pack and charger is available as an accessory.

Q: How long can I leave the unit on for?
A: The unit can be turned on for 8 hours. Like any device that heats up and dissipates power it should not be left on unattended. The Vapolution vaporizer design allows it to operate for longer if the unit is accidentally left on.

Q: How many watts of power does the Vapolution use when it is plugged into a wall socket?
A: It draws approximately 12W of power.

Q: How many amps of current does the Vapolution draw?
A: The unit draws approximately 1A when plugged into the wall or the car battery.

Q: Do I have to fill the chamber up all the way?
A: No. We often recommend to novice users loading the large chamber half way to allow for superior airflow.

Q: What insulates the Vapultion?
A: The Vapolution is insulated by two firewalls. The first firewall resists heat and protects the glass heater against vibration. The second firewall is a plaster cast that seals the unit.

Q: How durable is the unit?
A: The Vapolution Vaporizer is built like a tank. Protect the glass heater and your vaporizer will be working for a long, long time.

Q: What is a glass vaporizer?
A: A glass vaporizer has no metal screens, never exposes hot air to metal surfaces, and heats the air that causes the vaporization with heated glass. Only Vapolution makes this glass on glass commitment.

Q: Can I get my Vapolution in a different color?
A: Yes. More colors are on the way soon. Green and Black are available currently. Please check back soon!

Q: What is the design of the Vapolution's heater?
A: The heater is handmade from quality glass, ceramic, and resistance wire.

Q: What is the temperature range?
A: Our unit at the lowest setting will not produce vapor and will cause combustion at the maximum setting. Proper vaporization temperatures of most aromatic plant materials are between 250F and 400F. See our basic list of herbs here for specific temperatures. Remember that there is a thermal exchange between the glass and the air. The air heated by the glass extracts the useable oils at a fraction of the glass heater surface temperature.

Q: Can the unit be used on its side?
A: Yes. Be careful if you use the unit on its side because it has a tendency to roll. The unit performs best in the upright position. With a properly filled chamber the plant material should never come out.

Q: What keeps the aromatic plant material from falling out of the chamber?
A: Dry plant material is very light. With a small amount of compression, the aromatic plant material will expand to touch the glass and be held in place by the force of friction. The material will expand slightly as it is heated and this will aid the friction to keep it in place. With extremely dry material that has crumbled, a slow steady inhale will keep the herbs in place.

Q: What are the dimensions of the unit?
A: The Vapolution vaporizer stands 5.5" tall and is 3" in diameter.

Q: What exactly are the advantages of a Glass-on-Glass vaporizer as opposed to a Glass-on-Metal vaporizer?
A: Glass is a hypoallergenic material and outgases zero toxins when heated. Depending upon the quality, type, and heat of metal, different toxins are emitted.

Q: Can you leave the chamber in the unit when you are not inhaling?
A: Yes and No. When the fresh chamber is loaded, it is recommended to place it in the unit and let it preheat for 5-10 seconds. Leaving the chamber in the unit when you are not inhaling should only be done for short periods of time. Otherwise, the plant material will continue to vaporize due to radiant heat.

Q: Can the unit be picked up during heating, or is it too hot to touch?
A: Yes, the unit can be picked up when the vaporizer is ON. Vaporizer designs often neglect to correctly prioritize safety. Some units, even those that claim to be the best, have hot exposed surfaces and should never be moved when operating. The Vapolution vaporizer has no hot exposed surfaces.

Q: Only the bottom half of my herbs are getting heated and the top part is not?
A: This problem can occur because either one of two possible problems is occurring. Knowing how to use a vaporizer requires a little bit of practice and reading the instructions. Odds are, the plant material in the chamber has been "overstuffed" and insufficient airflow is causing a poor vape. Another possibility is that the washer placement, although adequately protecting the glass heater, has lifted the chamber too far away from the heaters hot pocket. The chamber needs to be about Ľ" from the bottom of the glass heater.

Q: Does the Vapolution come with a warranty?
A: Yes. The vaporizer comes with a lifetime warrantee against manufacturer defects. Your vapolution also comes with a one time no questions ask replacement unit policy. Don't ever lose your vaporizer!

Q: My friend who has never used a vaporizer before broke my glass heater. What do I do?
A: Your vaporizer, so long as it is any kind of returnable condition, is good for a one time $50 replacement unit. Ask your friend for $50 and you'll be vaporizing again soon.
