We are proud of our 100% Lead-Free Promise. The unique Heat Exchanger is entirely Stainless Steel. The Vapor Tubes and Screens are also Stainless Steel. Mouthpieces look like frosted glass, and are unbreakable,
made from FDA grade Polyethylene (#5PE).

3 Year Warranty:
Units are individually wired and checked for temperature before packaging. They are built tough, to withstand considerable abuse.
If a unit ever fails let us know. Defects in materials or workmanship are fully covered for three years. We stand behind our design and workmanship.
Units require about 30 minutes to reach operating temperature and will not function before a proper warm-up. They may be left on 24/7 for enjoyment anytime. A unit uses less than the power of two 4 Watt night-lights.
To lower your carbon footprint and have the unit ready in the morning an inexpensive timer works well.
The purple pilot light indicates all is well, it is rated at over 10 years. If the pilot light is off you should check your electrical connections, the car adapter has it's own pilot light that must be on or the cord has no power. The unit must have power to work. Sounds obvious, but. . .
Broken power plugs and wires are NOT considered normal use and are not covered under this warranty. Low cost replacements are available. Contact us.
