Shipping Policy
All orders outside of our local delivery zone will be shipped via UPS. Actual UPS shipping charges will be applied to the final invoice.
Most orders ship the next business day, Monday through Saturday. Once processed, you can typically expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days for local delivery and 2 to 5 business days via UPS, depending on your location.
Local deliveries will be made by your dedicated Sales Representative. For UPS shipments, we provide tracking numbers and delivery confirmation. If a package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you in recovering it. However, the buyer assumes full responsibility for all goods once they are shipped. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have left our facility.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to taste and personal preference, E-Liquid sales are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
We accept returns only for defective items within 7 days of purchase, excluding E-Liquids, pods, and closed system cartridges. Products must be deemed DOA (Dead on Arrival) to qualify for a return. Used hardware is not eligible.
Approved returns will be replaced with the same item. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued. If upon inspection, the returned item is found not defective or has been tampered with, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
